CH-AllergyIntolerance (R4)
2.0.1 - trial-use
This page is part of the CH-AllergyIntolerance (R4) (v2.0.1: STU 2) based on FHIR (HL7® FHIR® Standard) R4. This is the current published version in its permanent home (it will always be available at this URL). For a full list of available versions, see the Directory of published versions

This page provides a list of the FHIR artifacts defined as part of this implementation guide.
These define constraints on FHIR resources for systems conforming to this implementation guide.
CH Allergy Intolerance |
This profile represents the constraints applied to the AllergyIntolerance resource in the Swiss context - in adaption of the definition by the International Patient Summary (IPS) FHIR Implementation Guide. A record of an allergy or intolerance is represented in the Swiss EPR, in a TransitionOfCare transaction or similar as an instance of an AllergyIntolerance resource constrained by this profile. It documents the relevant allergies or intolerances for a patient, describing the kind of reaction (e.g. rash, anaphylaxis,..); preferably the agents that cause it; and optionally the criticality and the certainty of the allergy. |
CH Allergy Intolerance Composition Profile |
Definition of the composition for the allergy intolerance document |
CH Allergy Intolerance Condition |
This profile represents the constraints applied to the Condition resource in the context of AllergyIntolerance as a problem-list item or a encounter-diagnosis entry in the Swiss realm - in adaption of the respective usecases provided in the Implementation Guide for Use of SNOMED CT in Documentation of Allergy, Non-allergic Hypersensitivity and Intolerance. |
CH Allergy Intolerance Document Profile |
Definition of the bundle for the allergy intolerance document |
These define sets of codes used by systems conforming to this implementation guide.
CHAllergyIntoleranceConditionValueSet |
CH Allergy intolerance condition value set. This value set includes codes from SNOMED Clinical Terms® values for values from the manifestation of reactions value set PLUS findings for the documentation of allergy or intolerances in conditions as problem-list or as encounter-diagnosis as well as its absence (no know allergies) |
CHAllergyIntoleranceReactionManifestationValueSet |
CH Allergy intolerance reaction manifestation value set, including codes values according to the Allergy Reaction (GPS) - IPS value set from SNOMED Clinical Terms® for the documentation of manifestation of allergy or intolerance reactions |
CHAllergyIntoleranceReactionSubstanceValueSet |
CH Allergy intolerance reation substance value set. This value set includes codes from SNOMED Clinical Terms® substances for the documentation of substancies of allergy or intolerance reactions |
CHAllergyIntoleranceValueSet |
CH Allergy intolerance coding value set. This value set includes codes values from SNOMED Clinical Terms® for no known [xy] allergies AND findings AND substances for the documentation of allergy or intolerance |
These define new code systems used by systems conforming to this implementation guide.
