This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in IVR valueset mission type (.143.11.11) (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-ems/ValueSet/IVR-VS-missionType) and IVR Mission Type (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-ems/ValueSet/IVR-VS-missionType). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
