This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles PML Observation (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed-epr/StructureDefinition/ch-emed-epr-observation-list) and PML Observation (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed-epr/StructureDefinition/ch-emed-epr-observation-list). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources conforming to one of them
